You are also invited to become a "Smart Shopper" at the Virginia Avenue Mall. When you are in, simply sign-up. This is a punch-card program...for every $10 you spend you earn a punch. Once you fill up the punch-card, you get a $25 Mall Gift Certificate to use anywhere in the Mall.
